House rules
Everything here is enforced by one Solana program. Numbers in this page are read from it.
How it works
A coin checked in at the Swinger Pad is a normal pump.fun coin whose creator is the coin's own account in the program. Every creator fee it earns is split by the program the moment anyone collects it.
The dev ticks one box at launch: open relationship. Then nobody has to do anything. A keeper runs the parties; every step it takes is open to anyone.
The split
- 53% to the dev, held in the coin until the dev claims it (only the dev wallet can receive it).
- 43% into the coin's date wallet.
- 4% to the motel treasury.
Floored per event, the date wallet takes the remainder: no drift. There is no separate buyback of $SWING.
The vase
Every 4 hours a party opens. During its first 10 minutes every eligible coin's key goes in the vase: open box, single, alive (creator fee in the last 24 h), a date wallet of at least 0.01 SOL and a fresh median price.
Then the vase is shaken by a public random beacon (three windows of Solana slot hashes). Keys are sorted into cap tiers (doubling from 30 SOL); inside a tier they are shuffled and paired while caps stay within 4x. The odd key goes home with the host.
A date
S = the smaller of the two date wallets (at least 0.02 SOL). Over 1 hour, in 12 chunks each way, coin A spends S buying B and B spends S buying A. Every token bought is burned in the same instruction. The richer coin keeps the rest of its wallet for the next party.
Every chunk is guarded: fresh median of observed prices, a price band, slippage and depth caps, one program buy per coin per block, no other trade of that coin in the same transaction.
Marriage
After the date, the program compares each coin's median price in a fixed window after the date with its price at the start, with the date's own buys taken out. Both grew: married. Married coins skip the vase; every party they buy each other again with the smaller wallet, in 24 chunks, and the richer one's excess walks to the $SWING bucket.
Too few price checks in the window: nobody remembers last night, both go home single.
Widows
A spouse with less than 0.003 SOL of creator fee in 24 hours (fees still parked at pump count as life) is gone: the other is a widow and goes back to the vase. A marriage where no exchange could open for 6 parties in a row has gone cold: anyone can end it.
The host ($SWING)
A single of a party, a coin without the open box, and a married couple's excess: that SOL walks to the $SWING bucket. Once the $SWING mint is set (one time, after a public 24 h timelock, then frozen forever) the bucket buys $SWING in guarded chunks and burns every token. Until then it accumulates: 0 SOL now.
Parameters
| Reading the program. |
Admin can change parameters only for future coins and parties, after a public 24 h timelock.
Trust points
- Admin can pause launches and new parties, propose future parameters (24 h), rotate roles (3 days) and set the $SWING mint once. Admin can never move a coin's, party's, date's or bucket's lamport.
- The keeper has no powers: every crank is permissionless. A stopped keeper only delays parties.
- Randomness: slot hashes over three leader windows; a leader controlling one window can not pick the outcome.
- Platform: pump.fun programs are upgradeable and outside our control.
- Program: SwgJ...bLEn
